Increase sales against top nationally-ranked BMW dealers in the county without an increase in advertising spend.

We researched which zip codes the dealership was underserving their key demographic and recommended reallocating 15% of ad spend to strategic digital tactics in those geo-targeted areas. With our 360 approach we created conquest campaigns reaching luxury vehicle owners and affluent in-market auto shoppers with digital video, streaming audio and mobile devices.

R2 CAMPAIGN RESULTS

The dealer saw a 3% average increase in market share YOY across all cross-sections of the county, with key geo-targeted areas as high as 6.2% up. Sold units increased 15% YOY, the highest rate of growth of any BMW dealer in the county and nearly twice that of the next closest-ranked competitor.  This was done while attaining the highest average gross per vehicle of all BMW dealers in the county.
